X-Men #69 (Apr 1971)

X-Men #69, published in Apr 1971, is a Bronze Age Marvel comic featuring the X-Men, written by Stan Lee with cover art by Sal Buscema.

Entitled The Supreme Sacrifice! -- Lo! Now Shall Appear...The Mimic!, this story features the X-Men — "Children of the Atom" — as they continue their battle to protect humanity while confronting powerful mutant, cosmic, and super-villain threats.
